Jerusalem & West Bank

I am currently initiating a new project in and around the Palestinian West Bank. I flew into Israel yesterday and had a day to kill before I start meeting up with people so decided to take walk round the Old City of Jerusalem. Below are some of my images from the day.

A Jewish Man Preys at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. Being one of the most sacred sites of the Jewish faith, many believe that if they write their preyers down and post them into the wall, they will be answered by God.

A Women enters the Tomb and resurrection of Jesus Christ with a single burning candle.

A Women sits on a bench in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

A Women prays outside the Tomb of Jesus Christ

A man preys against the Stone of Anointing, this is the stone that Jesus Christ was prepared for burial. Many Christians believe that by touching it they are touching a part of Jesus Christ.
